The Role
:
1. Assist the wider Contract Management team with the preparation of transaction documentation including delivery and redelivery documentation.
2. Work cross functionally across departments on deliveries including the population and maintenance of the asset management system upon lease execution and insurance renewals.
3. Prepare and distribute reports in line with company requirements and provide up to date lease /portfolio information.
4. Ad hoc projects as may be required from internal/external parties.
Requirements
5. 2-3 years' corporate administration experience, preferable with a leading aircraft lessor or wider airline and aviation industry.
6. Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills.
7. Diligent and proactive approach to work with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
8. Strong understanding of MS Office, databases and document management systems.
