Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator, working closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization.
The ideal candidate will be an organizational professional, possessing great communication skills, and able to shift gears at a moment's notice.
You will work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, providing exceptional support in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships.
This role requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.

* Working directly with candidates and hiring managers, arranging travel for visiting candidates as needed
* Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via email
* Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in reports
* Coordinating post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
* Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
* Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
* Experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or equivalent
* Degree or diploma in HR or any related field
* Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environment
* Experience with technical tracking systems/softwares (like ATS)
