In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the manufacturing production technical team, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will play a crucial role in leading technical initiatives, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement efforts.
Detailed Description
Your day- to-day activities will include...
Lead and manage a diverse team of manufacturing technician to achieve high output
levels while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate the setup, operation, and maintenance of automated manufacturing
equipment.
Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and
productivity.
Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and processes.
Conduct risk assessments and develop solutions to mitigate potential issues.
Foster a collaborative team environment through effective communication and
training.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations within the manufacturing
facility.
Prepare reports and communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding
production progress and challenges.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies What We Expect:
A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or a trade equivalent in
electronics/mechanics, or a combination of education and experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technician in a high-volume automated
setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
Flexibility to support 24/7 operations as required.
Strong understanding of Allen Bradley PLC devices, electrical, and mechanical
systems.
Typical Experience What We Are Looking For:
Proven knowledge of automated manufacturing processes and equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a hands-on approach to resolving technical issues.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Resourcefulness and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
Familiarity with robotics, vision systems, and debug analysis.
Proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes.
