Golden Reserve is looking to hire a full-time In-House Recruiter who specializes in recruiting for financial institutions to work out of our Dublin, Ohio Corporate Office. You would be joining an innovative company that is rapidly growing both in and outside of the state of Ohio. This position starts with $60,000 base pay, with uncapped production bonus potential (estimating $20,000+ of additional production compensation, based on performance).

3. Heart: Golden Reserve is not looking to fill open positions with just any candidate. You must love what you do and be fulfilled by finding candidates that are an ideal fit for our company culture and will be here for years to come.
4. Self-Starter: At Golden Reserve, we do not micro-manage. You must be able to use your recruiting skills, and entrepreneurial nature to individually source candidates on a consistent basis. You must also be flexible to adjust your strategy when the current path is not bearing fruit.
What we need:
* 2+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the financial services business sector
* Knowledge of HRIS and CRM systems is a plus
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
* High level of proficiency with MS Office suite
