Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a high volume email inbox, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
* Upload documents to the database and update patient files in a timely and accurate manner.
* Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
* Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and IT tasks.
* Answer high-volume telephone calls, dealing with queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
* Maintain patient confidentiality and protect operations by adhering to policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Experience in a hospital setting or GP practice is desirable.
* Strong typing skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and similar IT software are essential.
* Excellent verbal and written etiquette, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
* Previous experience with minute-taking is desirable.
