This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to support our Sales & Marketing department in driving brand awareness, enhancing guest experiences, and executing innovative marketing initiatives.
The InterContinental Dublin (Part of the MHL Hotel Collection) is located in the leafy suburbs of Ballsbridge, within close proximity to the RDS, Aviva Stadium and is on a frequently serviced bus & DART line. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Administrative Support
* Manage the sales inbox and respond to inquiries, including charity voucher, advertising, collaboration, and partnership requests.
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to fulfill imagery and hotel information requests.
* Assist in the organisation of site inspections, fam trips, client evenings, and corporate events.
* Maintain industry platform listings (e.g., Cvent, Meet in Ireland, Dublin Tourism).
* Conduct competitor analysis and support database growth strategies.
Marketing & Collateral Management
* Design and manage in-house collateral, including room amenities, event brochures, and public area signage.
* Ensure all print and digital materials adhere to brand guidelines.
* Coordinate with the hotel's design providers and oversee stock levels of marketing collateral.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
* Capture and curate engaging social media content, including behind-the-scenes hotel stories.
* Assist with influencer collaborations and liaise with the cluster marketing team on organic social content.
Public Relations & Partnerships
* Coordinate press and influencer stays, ensuring seamless VIP experiences.
* Work closely with the PR team to execute campaigns, competitions, and media partnerships.
* Monitor and update the hotel's PR plan while sharing relevant press clippings with stakeholders.
Advertising & Promotions
* Support the execution of advertising campaigns across print, digital, and radio platforms.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure promotional offers are effectively communicated and loaded onto the hotel’s website.
* Research and implement new promotional ideas, partnerships, and experiences to enhance the guest offering.
Photography & Content Creation
* Act as the on-site contact for photoshoots and video content production.
* Prepare shot lists, coordinate with photographers, and ensure timely delivery of images for marketing use.
Reporting & Project Management
* Maintain meeting notes, update task lists, and track project progress.
* Utilise CRM systems to manage activities and generate reports.
* Provide month-end reporting for P&L on marketing campaigns and PR activities.
Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or PR role within the hospitality or luxury sector preferred.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
* A creative mindset with experience in content creation and brand storytelling.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* A passion for luxury hospitality and a keen understanding of market trends.
