About the Role
This is a key support role to the QSHE Manager, responsible for ensuring compliance to all Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards across the Group.
The successful applicant will be self-motivated with excellent analytical, report writing and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the creation of quality, health and safety and environment documentation, including policies, operating procedures and risk assessments.
* Conduct QSHE audits and prepare detailed reports recommending improvements to enhance compliance.
* Organise and deliver QSHE Inductions, identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
* Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of continual improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
* Experience working to ISO standards (ISO 45001).
* Working knowledge of current Health and Safety standards and legislation.
