Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist experienced carpenters in various carpentry tasks.
2. Learn how to properly use and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are kept in good working condition.
3. Help with the selection, measurement, and cutting of materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
4. Support the team in completing carpentry projects.
5. Prepare job sites for carpentry work, including setting up and cleaning up materials and tools.
6. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
7. Learn to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions to assist in carpentry tasks.
8. Assist in checking the quality of completed work to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
9. Work with your team to identify and solve any issues that arise during carpentry projects.
10. Take advantage of training opportunities and seek feedback from mentors to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
