Job Summary
A Junior Project Manager/PMO role is available in a global financial institution. The successful candidate will provide essential project management support, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of project activities.

Main Responsibilities:
* Project Document Management: Track and manage project documents, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
* Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting minutes.
* Reporting and Compliance: Assist in submitting updates to meet reporting requirements and maintain compliance.
* Project Activity Coordination: Coordinate project activities, maintain project plans, status reports, and RAID logs.
* Issue Identification and Resolution: Participate in issue identification and resolution, risk identification and resolution, and dependency tracking.
* Working Group Meetings: Plan and facilitate working group meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
* Progress Monitoring: Maintain reports on daily UAT test results and key KPIs, including execution and pass rates, trade inventory bookings, defect discovery rates, and progress burndowns.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
* Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Inquisitive Mindset: Inquisitive mindset with the ability to ask pertinent questions.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Understanding of Project Plan Mechanics: Understanding of project plan mechanics and the ability to highlight the impacts of changes.
Contract Details:
The initial contract duration is 11 months, with a high possibility of extension.
