Document Controller / Administrator
Location: Kilkenny
Salary: €50K - €55K
The successful candidate will have experience in document control within a construction company. The main responsibility of the position will be to work on Pre Qual's and BCAR.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Process incoming/outgoing documents adhering to local project specific procedures.
* Depending on the project, provide admin support to the Project Team as and when required which could include photocopying, collating reports, supporting senior management meeting requirements, posting documents, using franking machine, maintaining a contacts list, etc.
* Using Procore software or similar as the Document Management System, the Document Controller will be processing the following documents on a daily basis:
o Transmittals, RFI’s
o Technical Queries, Letters
o Drawings, Reports
o Meeting Minutes, Correspondence
o Method Statements and more.
* Be a point of contact for the project.
Skills:
* Experienced in a similar Document Control position.
* Knowledge of engineering drawings and plans.
* Good IT skills – Microsoft Office.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Strong administration and organization skills.
* Accustomed to working to tight deadlines.
* Proactive and flexible working nature.
