Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support specific projects within our Access Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development of promotional materials for the Access Centre and disseminate these at events.
* Develop digital content for use on social media channels and lead the centre's activities on these channels.
* Assist with project management and delivery of events delivered by and in collaboration with the Access Centre.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a demanding office environment, demonstrating high-level administrative support.
* Marketing and event management experience.
* Proficiency in social media and graphic design tools.
* Previous experience in a student or customer-facing role.
* Excellent planning, organisational, written, and verbal communication skills, good numeracy skills, and ability to analyse data.
* Flexibility and problem-solving ability.
* Excellent IT skills with proficiency in M/S Office applications.
