IT Project Manager / 3rd Line Engineer
We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager / Support Engineer to join our team and provide top-tier support and project management within the SMB market, as well as handling enterprise and public sector clients with advanced solutions.
About the Role:
* Oversee and manage IT projects, particularly focusing on Microsoft 365 environments, including migrations from Windows Server / Exchange Server / IMAP to M365.
* Provide third-line support across various IT domains including helpdesk, backup, security/antivirus, and networks.
* Utilise RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) and PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools to enhance service delivery.
* Configure and support cloud-based systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Key Requirements:
* Proven project management experience in IT, especially within Microsoft 365 environments.
* MMicrosoft Certified Administrator in Microsoft 365 or Azure.
* CCNA, DCNA, or similar certification with a strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and DNS.
* Solid knowledge of VLANs.
* Experience in a second-line support role or higher.
* Significant experience in configuring and supporting cloud-based systems.
