Telesales & Customer Service Representative Role
In this dynamic position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients' customers and prospects. Your key responsibilities will include handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web chats, as well as providing assistance with customer issues and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and active listening skills.
• Analyze complex information and situations to provide accurate solutions.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Demonstrate initiative and professionalism in all business dealings.
• Collaborate with other departments as necessary to achieve team objectives.
Desirable Skills:
• Experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
• Proficiency in computer basics, including data entry accuracy and meeting strict timelines.
• Certification in computer basics to ECDL or equivalent level.
