Deli Manager
We are seeking an experienced Deli Manager to lead our team in a busy Supermarket in Co. Cork.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of fresh food deli management experience
* Must have experience in ordering and managing waste
* Be up to date in HACCP and food safety training
* Self-motivated and a passion for food service
* Has experience in managing ten or more staff
Main Duties
1. Manage the daily activities of employees to improve sales performance
2. Manage product storage and rotation
3. Assist in the preparation of inventory and sales budgets
4. Control staff costs and prepare rosters
5. Assist in interviewing, hiring and training staff
6. Respond to any queries or complaints
7. Ensure all follow company policies and procedures
8. Ensure products are properly labelled
9. Oversee and ensure that facilities are maintained neat, clean and safe at all times
About the Role
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of €50,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
