Position Summary
ZAGG International is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. This role involves working proactively with ZAGG's resellers and distributors, supporting all queries from Field Sales & Channel Partners to ensure smooth operations, SLA adherence, and timely customer information. The team is highly collaborative; thus, the successful candidate should enjoy sharing ideas and working independently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support - Assist Regional Field Sales Personnel & Partners with pre- and post-sales inquiries, including order entry, back order management, invoicing, delivery issues, sample requests, complaints, and returns.
2. Build and develop relationships with ZAGG field sales, partners, and resellers.
3. Manage customer weekly reports, including backorders, shipments, and open orders.
4. Stay updated on product changes and ensure the most current information is available.
5. Proficiently use all internal systems and ensure adherence to procedures and audits.
6. Complete miscellaneous and ad-hoc tasks, including covering colleagues, assisting in training, and administrative duties.
7. Identify areas for process improvement proactively.
8. Perform additional duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Fluency in English; second language is desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with CRM, GP, and Dynamics; 3+ years in a similar role.
* Experience in a technology sales environment.
* Proven record in customer order management.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proactive problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Strong communication skills and a self-starter attitude.
* Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
