.Procurement Assistant Salary: €30,232 Contract: 12-month contract Location: Dublin Closing Date: Thursday 28th November 2024, 12.00 Noon Role Profile The Governance and Procurement Department oversees various functions, including internal audit and risk, procurement, compliance, and operational support. This role will assist the Procurement Department to ensure contract information is accurately maintained within the finance system for effective monitoring. The successful candidate will report to the Procurement Manager and play a key role in supporting the departments objectives. They will join a dynamic and collaborative team committed to high-quality delivery. Duties: Maintain and update the contract register and financial system. Organise and analyse data in Excel and prepare procurement reports. Monitor expiring contracts and manage related documentation. Manage e-signing processes for documents like contracts and selection reports. Set up suppliers and raise requisitions on the finance system. Provide administrative support for tenders, procurement processes, and contracts. Review and file tender responses and assist with publishing contract award notices. Requirements A third-level or professional qualification in business or a related area (minimum Level 6 on the NFQ or equivalent). At least two years of relevant experience in a similar administrative or coordination role. Proficiency in data entry and excellent IT skills, particularly within the Office 365 suite, including Excel.
