The Role
We are looking for ambitious English-speaking Customer Relations Executives to join our Dublin-based team. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will be an integral part of our Customer Service team, delivering top-tier service to GGPoker customers.
As a Customer Relations Executive, you will act as a friendly and knowledgeable ambassador for the GGPoker brand, liaising with players via email, live chat, and social media to resolve queries and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Core Hours: 08:00-17:00, five days per week (days determined by business needs)
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer queries via email, live chat, and social media.
* Build and maintain a comprehensive Customer Support & Fraud knowledge base.
* Adhere to operational and regulatory processes, including Know Your Customer (KYC), GDPR, and account security best practices.
* Assess deposits and withdrawals, focusing on risk and fraud detection, including verification, due diligence, payment patterns, activity history, and communication.
* Collaborate with the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and submit internal Suspicious Transactions Reports (STR) when necessary.
* Perform ad hoc operational duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role within the online gaming sector.
* Knowledge of customer support best practices.
* Proven team player with a positive attitude.
* Proficiency in modern productivity platforms (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Passion for online gaming, including poker and sports betting, or a willingness to learn.
* Enthusiastic and friendly team player.
