Job Description:
The End User Computing (EUC) Workplace Manager will lead the end user computing team in overseeing and managing all aspects of the organisation's end-user technologies and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop the operating plan and associated budget for the end user computing and Microsoft 365 environment
* Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of desktop, laptop and other endpoint technologies in a distributed environment
* Work with Managed Service Providers to ensure that software distribution, patch management and other service issues are resolved in line with service level agreements
* Oversee the management and performance of the company's unified communications and collaboration services ensuring availability, reliability, and security of the service
