We are seeking Annotators for a large social media company. The ideal candidate has previous experience effectively managing high-pressure roles in rapidly changing business environments.
Annotators will create, evaluate, and refine question-answer pairs to improve a large language model. They will generate realistic questions and provide accurate answers based on predefined guidelines and their area of expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
• Accurately and consistently annotating data according to predefined guidelines
• Evaluating the quality of existing data resources and machine learning classifier output
• Developing and maintaining annotation guidelines and procedures for consistent high-quality classification and content creation
• Conducting basic research as needed to ensure accurate annotations
• Providing feedback on annotation tasks and contributing to continuous process improvement
• Analyzing patterns in annotated data and researching new entity categories
Requirements:
The candidate must have a strong aptitude for working with data and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should be flexible and analytical, able to understand and interpret large datasets, and apply predefined guidelines to ensure accuracy and quality.
Essential competencies include:
• High proficiency in English (C1 level minimum)
• Fluent Finnish oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of the culture and social trends in the region
• Undergraduate university degree or higher qualification
Offer Details:
Base Salary: €29, per year
Salary Uplift: 25% for late hours (10pm-2am), approximately €33, per year
Travel Allowance: €12 per day (before tax)
Performance Bonus: 10% quarterly bonus

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, Evening shift (6pm-2am)
Location: Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South
This is an office-based job. Work from home/remote work is not an option. Employees are classified as essential workers.
