Test Manager
The Test Manager is responsible for the overall success of the testing effort, ensuring that all aspects of the project are thoroughly tested to meet the required standards.
This involves analyzing functional and non-functional requirements, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them. The Test Manager will work closely with the implementation team, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:
* Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to understand test scope and objectives
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive test plan, including dependencies, resources, and timelines
* Coordinate test execution, ensuring timely delivery of testing milestones and quality assurance
* Manage testing artifacts, including test scripts, defect tracking, and reporting
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and address any changes or issues arising during the project
* Ensure effective communication and issue resolution across all levels of the organization
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years of software testing experience on complex IT projects
* At least 3+ years of experience as a Test Manager, preferably using Azure Test Plan or similar tools
* Demonstrated expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies, best practice testing standards, and industry trends
* Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
* Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization, addressing issues proactively and collaboratively
* Experience in testing customer-facing eCommerce solutions, payment integrations, system implementations, and data migration is essential
