The role:
* Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef in the day to day operations of the kitchen.
* Food preparation.
* Preparing food for breakfast, carvery, bar-food, restaurant, banquets and events.
* Providing service excellence to all guests of the hotel.
* Training of Junior Chefs.

The ideal candidate:
* Minimum of 3 years as a Chef de Partie.
* Previous Chef experience for Conferences, banqueting and events.
* Able to work 45 hours per week (5 over 7).
