Morgan McKinley are delighted to bring to the market a clerical officer grade IV position in the health care sector based in Bantry. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a clerical or office administration role.
Duration: 12 weeks with potential to go longer
Salary: €16.93 per hour
What will a typical day look like?
1. Liaising with internal staff and liaison officers
2. High volume coordination including extensive data entry
3. Administration support within the patients accounts and records department
4. Uploading of documents to the database on an ongoing basis
5. Overseeing and amending relevant changes in line with guidelines as needed
6. Working with and meeting deadline prioritising urgent requirements into the department
7. Compiling data on an ongoing basis
8. Compiling reports as needed
What do you need?
9. Previous experience in a clerical position is advantageous
10. Previous administration experience in an office setting is non negotiable
11. Ability to work with internal databases a with excellent attention detail
12. Proficiency in excel is essential
13. Previous experience working with CRM systems such as SAP is advantageous
