We have an exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources team, reporting into the Chief People & Culture Officer to support the growth of the business into the future. The Culture & Change Manager is responsible for developing and executing change management and communication strategies that support organizational transformation and employee engagement. This role focuses on ensuring effective communication, managing change initiatives, and fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to align cultural and change strategies with organisational goals, driving employee satisfaction and organisational effectiveness. This is a hybrid role and can be based from our offices in Ireland or the UK.
Responsibilities
* Culture:
* Lead the design and continuous improvement of cultural initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and goals.
* Development and evolution of Employee Value Proposition.
* Change Management:
* Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation initiatives.
* Conduct ongoing employee and organisation change impact assessments and develop engagement plans accordingly.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align change initiatives with business objectives.
* Communication Strategy:
* Create and execute comprehensive engaging communication plans that effectively convey key messages to employees.
* Determine new and innovative channels to communicate with employees.
* Ensure consistency and clarity in all internal communications.
* Stakeholder Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, managers, and employees.
* Serve as a trusted advisor on change management and communication issues.
* Provide guidance and support to managers in communicating change initiatives to their teams.
* Training and Development:
* Develop and deliver training programs to support employees through periods of change.
* Provide coaching and support to managers in leading their teams through change.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
* Measurement and Reporting:
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management and communication initiatives.
* Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the status of change initiatives and employee engagement.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* 8+ years of specific experience in culture and change management and internal communications.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful change management and communication strategies.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
