Our pharmaceutical client, based in Sligo, have an exciting requirement for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month contract, offering hybrid working with 3 days onsite. The successful candidate will work with various hiring managers on new requirements supporting the full lifecycle from role intake call to candidate offers.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
·Engage and deliver sourcing strategies attracting top talent for the organisation
·Coordinate and lead various forms of interviews
·Supporting all stages of the recruitment lifecycle including: sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, offers and onboarding
·Continuously providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
·Work closely with recruitment agencies to deliver top talent
·Build talent pipeline campaigns
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·Relevant third level qualification
·2+ years recruitment experience
·Knowledge of sourcing in pharma or medical devices industry preferred
·Excellent communications skills
·Knowledge and experience for usage of ATS
