We are a team of 25 across Permanent and Contract Recruitment for an impressive range of clients from iconic brand names in Social Media, Finance, Food, Insurance and Technology.
This role sits in our Contracting division placing candidates across 13 major enterprise clients - iconic multinationals.
In your role as a recruitment consultant, you will;
1. Source the best technology candidates on the market to meet our enterprise client’s talent requirements (Software Engineers, Devops, PMO, Product, Testing etc) on contract / Temporary
2. Understand client requirements
3. Build a database of contractors and manage the coding and system to find them quickly as roles open
4. Manage the recruitment process and candidate experience from sourcing to offer stage
5. Ensure efficiency in time to hire and other SLA’s are met
6. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure we are all working as a collective to achieve companywide goals.
What do I need?
7. More than 2 years commercial experience in working with clients in delivering a service or sales with a keen interest in Technology
8. Recruitment agency or talent acquisition experience desirable
9. Ambitious, self-starter with high personal standards and expectations.
10. Inquisitive nature with the ability to listen actively to your candidates and clients.
11. Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
12. Ability to work 3 days a week in our city centre office in Dublin
