Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Oncology Marketing Manager in Women's Cancer. This role requires working as part of a dynamic and motivated commercial team to deliver on a broad range of aligned business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute annual indication-specific strategy plan which is aligned with local and regional brand priorities.
* Actively participate and influence strategy development, implementation and adapt to change as needed. Act as brand advocate across the wider Oncology team and beyond.
* Brand management through optimisation of marketing activities, promotional budget allocation, and sales forecasting.
* Foster customer-centricity by implementing innovative customer and patient solutions.
* Develop a deep understanding of customer groups and interact closely with key customers.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with all policies, codes & standards in marketing activities.
Requirements
* Primary Degree in a business or science related area with a minimum 3 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Sales/Marketing.
* Pharmaceutical product launch experience.
* Proven relationship-building skills with scientific leaders.
* Understanding of the wider HSE environment, including effective partnership building.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to challenge status quo and operate successfully in an empowered organisation.
* Ability to understand complex clinical evidence and translate into clear promotional messaging.
* Excellent financial management, forecasting & planning skills.
* Proficiency in productivity platforms and tools.
* Strong internal & external communication & influencing skills.
