2. Experience with product model type implementation at major organisations.
3. Ability to engage, inspire, and influence at all levels, with managerial courage to tackle issues and challenge appropriately.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of commercial acumen.
5. Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple high-priorities in a fast-paced environment.
