Key Responsibilities: Lead and monitor project direction, ensuring compliance with client specifications and requirements while reviewing progress and collaborating with quantity surveyors on cost control. Serve as the primary liaison with clients, construction professionals, and community members to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate and supervise the efforts of construction teams, including the selection of appropriate tools and materials. Conduct safety inspections to uphold construction and site safety standards. Prepare and review site reports, designs, and drawings while maintaining rigorous quality control procedures. Identify and proactively mitigate potential issues to ensure project continuity. Essential Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Project Management role within the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) industry.
