We are currently recruiting for the role of HR Generalist (Urgent Start) on behalf of an entertainment organization.
HR Generalist (Urgent Start)
Hybrid role - Dublin South, travel throughout Ireland required, with some minimal UK travel also.
Standalone in Ireland role.
Opportunity for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
* Manage employee life cycle of retail and corporate employees.
* Manage Employment Relations cases and act within an advisory capacity to management.
* Update policies and procedures, in accordance with Irish legislation.
* Conduct on-site onboarding, training, and development.
* Manage HR administration.
* Manage payroll administration.
* Liaise with UK team and management.
* Support on projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
* 3+ years within a similar role, preferably in a standalone capacity while reporting into the UK.
* Valid and clean driving license is required, as well as own mode of transportation.
* Keen understanding of employee relations, HR administration, Irish legislation, and stakeholder management.
* Strong communication and organization skills needed.
