Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Human Resources professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for employee relations, communication, and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Employee Relations: Responsible for communicating and interpreting HR policies and procedures.
* Investigation Meetings: Conduct investigation meetings, disciplinary and grievance meetings.
* Coaching and Consulting: Coach/consult with managers and employees on issues including performance, terminations, discrimination, etc.
* Maintaining Employee Relationships: Maintain the best relationship possible across operations.
* Employee Advocate: Act as an employee advocate to ensure fairness and due diligence is adhered to in line with company values.
* Pre-empting Potential Issues: Pre-empts potential employee issues by participating in management and employee meetings on a regular basis.
* Employee Wellbeing: Promote employee wellbeing so that employees remain engaged, productive and effective.
* Compensation: Monitor and approve applicable salary increases; check to see that they are within guidelines.
* Benefits: Communicate and interpret all benefit changes and policies.
Skill Requirements:
* Human Resources: 3rd level qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
* Experience: 2-4 years' related experience.
* Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational, time management and administration skills required.
* Teamwork: Strong Team player with the ability to engage and influence.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
* IT Proficiency: Strong IT proficiency.
