This position is based in our new state of the art Head Office in Maynooth - an open plan office, with wonderful collaborative working areas, subsidised canteen, EV charging points, and is easily accessible by car or public transport.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a member of the Learning and Organisational Development Team, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the organisation’s Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver impactful, data-driven learning solutions and reports and create engaging training content. Your role will ensure that our learner experience includes engaging custom content on an digital learning platform that supports skill development, compliance tracking, and the reporting needs of our team and stakeholders.
* Reporting and Analytics: Develop and manage regular and ad-hoc reports on training effectiveness, compliance, evaluation, and engagement metrics, leveraging tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, and other reporting systems to provide actionable insights.
* Content Creation: Design and create inclusive learning experiences tailored to diverse environments (office, construction, manufacturing), with multimedia-rich, blended learning solutions to improve skill development and engagement.
* Collaboration and Support: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to support learning objectives, storyboarding, and compliance needs, facilitating the use of the LMS for various learning initiatives.
* Oversee LMS: Manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of the LMS across the organisation, troubleshooting user issues, maintaining data accuracy and reporting, and providing system insights to enhance decision-making.
Requirements
Technical/Professional Skills
* Proven experience in a Learning Experience position where you have managed both content LMS reporting and data analysis
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, particularly proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI and MS Power Point
* Experience in delivering blended learning solutions and creating engaging multimedia-rich content, including using tools like Articulate and storyboarding
* Strong understanding of advanced learning technologies and their application in creating high-quality learning experiences
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
