Responsibilities: Partner with global leaders to align HR with business goals Oversee international benefits, healthcare, and pensions implementation Lead employee engagement, training, and development initiatives Manage performance cycles and succession planning Support organisational change and HR operations across regions Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and high performance Qualifications: 5+ years in HR, with 3+ years in a strategic HR Business Partner role Experience managing global HR operations and benefit providers Skilled in employee development and stakeholder engagement Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable navigating complex, fast-paced environments Experience in aviation preferred or from a high-growth multinational Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
