Senior Personal Assistant (PA) to Financial Director

Key Responsibilities
* Diary Management: Efficiently manage a very busy and demanding schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments to optimize the Financial Director's time.
* Travel Arrangements: Plan and book complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and schedules.
* Administrative Excellence: Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations with attention to detail and professionalism.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact, handling communications with internal and external stakeholders.
* Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of integrity.
* Proactive Support: Anticipate needs and ensure the Financial Director operates at maximum efficiency.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5-8 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
* Proven ability to thrive in a very busy and demanding environment.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a focus on prioritization and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* A proactive, flexible, and professional approach to work.
