This position will include:
1. Accounts Payable (AP)
2. Accounts Receivable (AR)
3. Various reports
4. Invoicing
5. Journal entries
6. Bank reconciliation
7. Payroll administration and PAYE returns
8. VAT3 returns
9. ROS uploading
10. Developing Excel sheets
11. Debt collection
12. Office administration / PA responsibilities
Experience using all aspects of Sage, Megapay, or equivalent is essential.
The successful candidate will report to the Accountant and Directors. This is a full-time role but might possibly be accomplished in a part-time capacity by the successful candidate. The position is based in Dublin.
