To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Buyer/Planner located in Dundalk.
Reporting to the Senior Procurement Specialist, the Buyer/Planner will be responsible for managing the planning and buying of key products on site with close collaboration with the Projects, Production and Procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of all appropriate KPI's.
The role will encapsulate all tactical activities across the Supply chain from Planning to Invoice reconciliation.
This role requires the management of a stable process supported by a flexible, collaborate, multi-skilled teamwork environment.
Close collaboration with multiple site functions (e.g.
Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Sales and Engineering) The Planner/ Buyer will partake in the daily Materials Requirements Planning Process, ensuring production needs are met through the Master Production Schedule (MPS), on time delivery (in full and expected quality) of a select Product Family.
