The HR Advisor role provides HR guidance to mid-level managers and team leaders for relevant internal client groups. This role helps clients interpret and effectively apply corporate human resources programs, builds relationships with managers, and delivers Human Resource solutions that address business issues and needs.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provides guidance on employment-related situations and change initiatives with people impacts.
2. Acts as a liaison between managers, HR Business Partners, and HR Service Centre to ensure coordinated efforts in line with internal client needs.
3. Supports the implementation of HR programs, such as career planning and performance management.
We are looking for a candidate with experience working in a HR role or team in a high volume professional environment. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of risk associated with employment law and absence management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with clients in multiple jurisdictions.
