As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving Scorebuddy’s growth by securing and expanding relationships with large-scale contact centers and enterprise clients. You will lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, working closely with sales development, marketing, and customer success teams.
Key Responsibilities
Hunt & Close – Identify, engage, and close new enterprise accounts in target industries such as BPOs, financial services, healthcare, and technology.
Consultative Selling – Understand customer pain points, demonstrate Scorebuddy’s value, and position our solutions as strategic enablers of contact center performance.
Pipeline Management – Build and maintain a strong pipeline, leveraging outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partner referrals.
Enterprise Sales Execution – Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including operations, IT, compliance, and procurement teams.
Demos & POCs – Deliver compelling product demonstrations and guide prospects through proof-of-concept (POC) evaluations.
Negotiation & Contracting – Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and final deal closures with decision-makers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies.
What are we looking for
5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in customer experience (CX), quality assurance, workforce management (WFM), or contact center software.
Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed quota in an enterprise sales environment.
Experience in multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions in business terms.
Ability to self-source pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking.
Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
