Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Deputy Manager for one of our well-established 4-star hotel clients based in Co. Kerry.
The Deputy Manager will assist the General Manager in all aspects and is responsible for overseeing the hotel’s daily operations, ensuring efficient and smooth running across all departments.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-4 Years experience in Hotel Management in a busy 4 or 5 star Hotel essential for this role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Exceptional customer services and a guest-focused approach.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Computer Literate and proficient with Microsoft Office and hotel CRMS.
* Flexible with working hours which will include late nights, afternoons, weekends and bank holidays.
* Financial and costings experience essential.
PACKAGE ON OFFER:
* Competitive salary of €50,000-€55,000 depending on experience.
