We seek a talented Talent Specialist to join our Life Science recruitment delivery team, supporting our clients in their recruitment needs.
This role focuses on ensuring timely delivery of client needs, finding niche talent when required. We require an experienced Life Science recruiter proficient in sourcing, attracting, and engaging with Life Science talent across Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Project Management, and Accounting areas.
In this role, you will collaborate with our internal client services team to deliver candidates for our clients. As an experienced Talent Specialist, we look for someone to bring expertise to our team. You will work with hiring teams to understand job descriptions and role briefs. Occasionally, you may attend client meetings to provide market insights in your area of recruitment.
A key aspect of this role is sourcing, attracting, and engaging talent for our clients. We are interested in hearing from passionate individuals who excel at finding the best candidate for the role. All candidates must have a strong sourcing/recruiting background.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with our client services team and onsite talent acquisition teams to define hiring needs and timelines for niche pharmaceutical hiring.
* Develop strategic sourcing project plans to meet client requirements and their Irish go-to-market branding to attract acquired talent.
* Have a deep understanding of our client's employee value proposition and develop a narrative to attract talent.
* Proactively engage talent and continually build talent pools to meet client needs.
* Screen and technically assess candidates to ensure they meet client needs and personal competencies, as well as being a culture fit.
* Manage the candidate through the screening process, preparing them for interviews and offer processes.
* Provide a superior candidate experience throughout the full requirement journey.
Requirements for this Role
* 2+ years' experience in recruitment/talent delivery.
* Passionate about attracting, sourcing, and engaging highly niche and experienced candidates.
* Experience with Pharmaceutical/Life Science recruitment, ability to assess and interview candidates, providing clients with a good overview of a candidate's abilities relative to their requirements.
* Proven track record of meeting delivery SLAs & KPIs.
* Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to succeed in a changing environment.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and connect with people.
* Keen interest in the talent industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
* Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
