Key Responsibilities:
* Experience in Helpdesk/Support Engineer roles
* Maintenance of Microsoft Certifications
* Active Directory Administration and Office Administration
* Proficiency in Autotask and ITGlue tools
* Excellent desktop skills
* Manage Incidents and service requests within Service Level Agreements (SLA)
* Log Incidents and requests in the PSA Tool
* Resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems
