Our client, a market leader in premium home and bathroom solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead their marketing team. Operating across the UK, Ireland, and France, they are known for their innovation, quality, and customer-first approach.
This hybrid role (3 days in the Kilkenny office, 2 days remote) offers an exciting opportunity to shape and execute the company’s strategic and operational marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with sales, product development, and leadership teams.
Please note: This role will be based in office fully during the first 3-6 months.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Team Leadership – Manage, develop, and motivate a high-performing marketing team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
* Brand Strategy – Drive the company’s brand experience across B2B and B2C markets, ensuring consistency and impact.
* Market Research & Insights – Analyse customer trends and the competitive landscape to inform data-driven marketing decisions.
* Multi-Channel Marketing – Oversee digital, print, in-store, and event marketing strategies across the UK, Ireland, and France.
* Sales Collaboration – Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business growth objectives.
* New Product Launches – Plan and execute marketing strategies for new product introductions, working alongside R&D and sales teams.
* Budget & Performance Management – Manage the marketing budget and measure campaign success against key business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
* 7+ years marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record in team management and strategic marketing execution.
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
* Strong ability to develop and implement brand strategies that drive results.
* Excellent project management skills – able to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
* A creative and analytical mindset, with experience leveraging data to optimise marketing performance.
* Willingness to travel to the UK and international trade fairs as required (low frequency).
