Our client is seeking a seasoned Project Implementation Manager to collaborate with their innovative business in Tralee.
As a key member of the team, you will oversee the implementation of software solutions for clients across Healthcare and Financial Services sectors. This involves working closely with clients and our sales team to establish project scope and requirements. Once deliverables are agreed upon, you will take full ownership of product development and delivery within scope, on time.
Responsibilities
1. Establish project scope and gather requirements from clients in Healthcare and Financial Services sectors.
2. Develop and implement project plans, report on progress, and identify issues that require management attention.
3. Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
4. Test final solutions for quality and prepare user training materials.
Requirements
1. Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective stakeholder meetings and project reviews.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work independently on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
4. Willingness to travel for onsite meetings and training, with a valid driving license.
5. Desirable qualifications include degree-level education, project management experience, knowledge of project management tools and software, PMI/Prince certification, and competence with MS Office products.
