Duties and Responsibilities
* The Sales & Marketing Coordinator provides administrative support to the Sales department and manages client engagement.
* Responsible for making sales enquiries, arranging meetings, and designing presentations.
* Designs and sends monthly marketing information to clients.
* Assists with project management of events, including Open Days, Media, Sponsorships, seminars, exhibitions, and trade shows.
* Assists in producing sales and marketing literature and company merchandise.
Key Responsibilities
* Develops and maintains the company website, social media posts, advertising, and PR distribution.
* Organizes client visits, travel arrangements, and follow-ups with existing/potential clients.
* Participates in development exercises, such as training and coaching.
* Performs general administration, makes bookings, and manages key personnel calendars.
* May require occasional travel.
