The Role
We are seeking to appoint a Line Manager for ______, responsible for supporting and leading a department and team to deliver the best shopping experience for our customers.
Key Accountabilities
1. Lead and coach your team to deliver excellent service, standards, and product availability.
2. Achieve all key performance indicators for your departments.
3. Make daily decisions to support your team in their roles.
4. Implement the training plan, ensuring colleagues receive quality training and are validated to perform their jobs.
5. Complete all department processes, routines, and systems accurately and timely.
6. Plan seasonal, trade-driving, and promotional activities for maximum sales and impact.
7. Ensure all safety and legal routines are followed, with plans to address issues.
8. Facilitate understanding of objectives, conduct reviews, and support career development through live PDPs.
9. Provide regular coaching and feedback to improve team skills.
10. Encourage an environment of innovation and personal growth.
11. Model a customer and colleague-centric culture.
