Job Description:
We are seeking a Person Support Coordinator to assist the Person Support Management Team in ensuring that all staff working in Individualised Supports are fully supported and developed to their full potential.
The successful candidate will have a minimum qualification of QQI Level 6 in Healthcare or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a Key Working role supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing regular interaction and support to staff working in Individual Services
* Assisting the Person Support Management Team in developing individualised supports
