The Accounting Assistant Role
:
* Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts and financial reports.
* Process all accounts payable invoices in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
* E nsure all invoices are approved according to delegated authority and purchase order systems.
* Prepare accurate and complete monthly bank reconciliations.
* Contribute to the coordination of the annual audit with external auditors, ensuring seamless communication and compliance.
Essential Requirements
:
* Bachelor's or advanced degree in accounting from an accredited institution.
* Part-qualified ACA or ACCA certification is highly desirable.
* A minimum of three years' experience in finance teams, focusing on accounts payable/receivable or accounts assistant roles.
* Demonstrate self-motivation, self-drive, and a proactive approach to adding value to the team.
* Develop excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
