Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-leading facilities management company as a Chef in our team based at Moy Park Craigavon.
The Role
* Ensure food is prepared, cooked and displayed using the appropriate techniques and equipment in accordance with company hygiene standards.
* Plan and cost menu, ensuring food is prepared and cooked at the agreed level of food gross profit.
* Comply with Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and organise the work of Food Service Assistants and Agency Staff.
* Liaise directly with the unit Manager on kitchen operational daily issues.
* Assist with daily, weekly and monthly administration including stock take activities.

* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and lead by example.
* Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude.
