* Strategic Planning: Lead forward planning for key initiatives such as deliveries and events.
* Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough price checks and competitive analysis.
* Product Knowledge Mastery: Ensure that the team is thoroughly trained in product knowledge.
* Operational Excellence: Lead cross-functional operational teams.
* Online Fulfilment Leadership: Take accountability for the leadership and performance of the online fulfilment team.
* Customer Experience Optimisation: Minimise customer lost opportunities.
* Innovation and Change Leadership: Champion innovation and drive transformative change.
