This role will focus on solving complex queries and ensure first rate communication to the brokers or customers throughout the sales and issue resolution process. The role will adhere to regulatory requirements and ensure processes and standards are adhered to.What you’ll do: Take inbound calls from our members in a fast-paced environmentEnsure each customer has a great experience whether it’s the first call of the day or the lastIntroducing our tailored products and services to suit the needs of our customers.Accurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all conversations are documented and actions are recorded.Ensure product and service knowledge is always current and up to date to correctly educate intermediaries and consultatively sell products.Knowledgeable on the competitor activity and productsUse sales and negotiation skills to correctly assess the members’ needsWhat you’ll bring: Ability to speak FrenchSales background, or relevant transferable skills and knowledgeExperience of legal and regulatory frameworksExperience in negotiating and managing high value contractsThe ability to influence and explain complex information in a simple mannerExcellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skillsRegulatory core competencies:A clear and comprehensive understanding of the regulatory and legal environment as appropriate for the roleA sound knowledge of the business and the responsibilities of the roleConduct Standards:This role is subject to the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) Individual Accountability Framework (IAF) Conduct Standards, you will need to take reasonable steps to comply with the following standards on an ongoing basis.
