Financial Planning Administrator
Our client, a well-established financial services brokerage, seeks an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to support their team in providing informed guidance to clients on personal and corporate finances.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling client meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and managing follow-up tasks for the Financial Planning team.
* Developing and maintaining the existing client database with accurate and up-to-date information.
* Recording and maintaining client data and records in a professional manner.
* Nurturing relationships with new and existing clients as the primary point of contact.
* Preparing and processing new business documentation.
* Liaising with product providers to manage client cases.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services sector.
* QFA status or progression towards a relevant qualification is advantageous.
* Demonstrate high accuracy, excellent administrative, communicative, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in software and tools for policy administration and client management.
* Ambitious, proactive team player with strong skills in qfa, financial planning, and administrative support.
